A repair was made to one of the false ribs prior to wing installation. Both wings have been hung on the airplane! Hardware installation continues.

The heater fire bottle is being reinstalled. Lifting fabric on the inboard closeout on both ailerons has been fixed. Work on adjusting the waffle plates and compression angles is wrapping up. Surface corrosion on the wings is being addressed. The stress panels over the fuel tanks are being installed. A new left hand “up” elevator cable and a new right-hand rudder cable have been remanufactured to replace fraying cables under the flight deck bulkhead.

Work continues on AD compliance and waffle plate adjustments in the wings. Loose cowling hardware has been replaced. A fuel leak has been addressed and new fittings installed.

Compliance with the wing attach angle airworthiness directives continues. Wing and flap inspections as required by the B6 inspection continue to progress.





SUMMER WORK SCOPE – august 5, 2026
Work on the A-checks continues. Center section stress panels have been removed for inspection. Wing attach angle inspections are being performed as required by airworthiness directives, using a custom-built jig to measure clearances.












SUMMER WORK SCOPE – JULY 29, 2026
A-checks are in work. The wings and ailerons have been removed for the B6 inspection, and attach angle inspections are underway. The wheels and brakes have been disassembled for inspection. The 91.411 and 91.413 certifications have been completed. Wing root and horizontal stabilizer fairings are being removed to facilitate further inspections.
